How to Convert Photos to a PDF on Your Phone
Turn photos of documents into one tidy PDF without installing an app.

Before you start
You need photos in JPG or PNG format, which is what most phone cameras save. Take them in daylight, hold the phone straight above the page, keep the whole page in view and crop the edges.
Step by step
- Open Images to PDF in your phone browser.
- Tap the file box and choose your photos in page order.
- Press Create PDF.
- Press Download PDF and find it in your downloads.
Keep the file size small
Phone photos are large, so the PDF can be too big to email or upload. First reduce the photos with the Image Compressor, using quality 70 to 80 and a maximum width of about 1600 pixels, then convert them.
Add or reorder pages later
Need to join this PDF to another document? Use the PDF Merger. Need only a few pages? Use the PDF Splitter. Each page takes the size of its photo, so make sure all photos have a similar shape for a neat result. The conversion happens on your phone and your documents are not uploaded.
